Musikids Toddler/Young Pre-K Class (12 months – 3 years):
Toddlers are always on the go! Each week we will channel their enthusiastic energy through movement in music, musical games, use of age-appropriate instruments, and imaginative play.
Not only will each child experience the world of music through movement, dance, instruments, singing and musical games, but they will also work to develop social skills, gross and fine motor skills, educated listening ears, turn-taking, and school readiness skills. Young pre-schoolers will be introduced to music vocabulary, and taught how to find the beat, rhythm, and melody.
Musikids Older Pre-K Class (3 – 5 years):
We will further explore the world of music through movement, instruments, singing and dance. This class will further develop the recognition of music vocabulary, beat, rhythm, and melody, as well as introduce elementary music theory.
