Isaiah Zeller’s passion for music began at age 7 with the piano. As he developed a strong musical foundation in piano, Isaiah started exploring other instruments and fell in love with singing after joining a choir. Isaiah attended Central Washington University and studied music with a focus in voice. During his time at CWU, Isaiah had the opportunity to work closely with well-respected and experienced voice faculty, as well as perform in various ensembles including both Vocal Jazz choirs 1 and 2, University Chorale, Wildcatters (Tenor/Bass choir), Chamber choir, Camisada (acapella group), and an opera production. CWU gave Isaiah many opportunities to learn and perform in different ensembles and settings, resulting in a rich understanding of the voice and how to sing healthily in different styles.
Isaiah believes that learning music should be a joyful and fulfilling experience. He aims to create a learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring their curiosities and passions in different music styles while also developing the technical skills necessary to play or sing in a healthy way.
